I founded Blade almost two decades ago after years of working in the New York City floral industry with other top designers. My love for creating, crafting and designing goes as far back as I can remember. As a child I can remember 'styling' everything, redesigning and redecorating with whatever I could get my hands on. Fast forward years later, the minute I discovered the art of floral design I was hooked.

I rely not only my love of flowers and design but also on my need for a creative challenge to inspire the design of an unforgettable event. I do not get too caught up in the most recent trends but do appreciate the evolution of design. In the 17+ years that I have been designing events I’ve watched trends evolve and fade only to return again. Incorporating all aspects of a client’s vision into a cohesive design that will stand the test of time and tell their story is a welcomed challenge.

I appreciate the partnerships I establish with clients during the planning process and value transparency over everything. For me, authenticity is essential.

When I'm not 'playing with flowers' and designing our next event I enjoy being outdoors, exploring out of the way places and spending time with family and friends, especially my son Max with whom I reside in Montclair, NJ.
